Brian Nault - President

Brian Nault - President

Mr. Nault is an Executive with Tetra Tech and serves as the President of BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc, a wholly owned Business Unit. At BlueWater, he leads corporate strategy and business development leveraging over 35 years of professional experience in the finance, information technology and Federal government contracting sectors. Mr. Nault has led BlueWater for the past 16 years and is designing and  implementing successful strategies for defense and national security clients. Mr. Nault also serves as Executive Vice President of American Tech Solutions, LLC, a Tetra Tech Mentor Protégé Joint Venture held with American Operations Corporation (AOC), where he provides direct oversight and engagement with with AOC as the Tetra Tech Executive supporting the Mentor Protégé JV.

Prior to BlueWater, he worked as an executive manager for the Ford Motor Credit Company. Mr. Nault also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Spine Health Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to spinal health care research, education and patient advocacy. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration.

Erich Mendez - COO

Erich Mendez - Chief Operating Officer

As the COO of BlueWater, Mr. Mendez is directly responsible for operations and service delivery of all client solutions. He provides a hands-on approach during critical transition and implementation periods to ensure a smooth and seamless continuation of contract services. He previously served as the CEO for Aerient and President for American Operations Corporation, where he built and managed federal business activities in the areas of information technology and network integration. Throughout his 20-year technology career, Mr. Mendez has held additional senior-level and management positions with AT&T, CellularVision, and Metromedia Fiber Networks. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. 

Dan Rice - CFO

Dan Rice - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rice, BlueWater’s Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial performance of the company and directing the management and operation of finance, accounting, pricing and human resources. He joined Bluewater in March of 2018 after the successful sale of NES Associates, LLC where he was the CFO responsible for management and oversight of the finance, accounting, human resources, IT and security departments. He has a successful track record of integrating finance and operations initiatives and partnering with leadership to drive efficiency, growth, and profitability. Previously, Mr. Rice was the CFO and Vice President, Accounting & Contracts at Project Performance Corporation, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of Profit & Loss and business operations. During his 30+ year professional career he has held senior level financial and operational positions with several recognized companies including Northrop Grumman and Hewlett Packard. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Mary Washington.

Mark Schore - CGO

Mark Schore - Chief Growth Officer

Mr. Schore's 10+ year tenure with BlueWater, a Tetra Tech company, has included roles in program and executive management in the areas of operations, business development and capture, including his most recent role in technology solutions/strategy as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. His experience and contributions to the company’s success have culminated in a promotion to Chief Growth Officer in January 2021, where he is responsible for leading and executing the company’s growth strategy. Responsibilities include evolving BlueWater’s market focus and overseeing business development/capture efforts to successfully grow company revenues though an integrated team focused on DoD, Combatant Commands, Defense Agencies, and key Civilian markets.  

Mr. Schore, along with the Growth Organization he leads, will leverage the vast scientific, engineering, data analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational capabilities of Tetra Tech’s Government Services Group and Federal IT Business Unit to deliver complex, integrated solutions. Mr. Schore has 35 years of DoD and Federal experience supporting the U.S. Air Force, Department of Homeland Security, Defense Health Agency, Department of Energy, and others.  His 20-year Air Force active duty career traversed the globe providing IT/telecommunications engineering, operations, quality assurance, and program management. Mr. Schore holds a B.S. in Business Finance, a CIO Executive Certificate, and is a certified PMI Project Management Professional.

Carla Nixon - VP

Carla Nixon - Vice President, Business Development

Ms. Nixon has over 21 years of experience in the Government contracting space and serves as Director of all BlueWater proposal development activities. Previously, she served as a consultant at a premier DC-area business development consulting firm, driving proposal development efforts for an array of large, mid-size, and small businesses both in the National Capital Region and across the country. She holds a B.A. in English from George Mason University.

Jada Brink - Director

Jada Brink - Director, Contracts

Ms. Brink has over 14 years of experience in the government contracts field and serves as Director of BlueWater’s Contracts Department. Her previous experience includes 10 years as contracts manager at Femme Comp, Inc., a federal government contractor providing systems engineering, cybersecurity, IT services and financial and management solutions. She graduated from George Mason University in 2004 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Biology and Psychology. Jada enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Omar, and daughter, Laila.

Quincy Land - Director

Quincy Land - Director, Operations

Mr. Land provides leadership and oversight for BlueWater’s Defense Information System Agency’s (DISA) Programs. A proven leader, he provides technical and program leadership using over 38 years of experience supporting the Military and DoD Information Technology Programs. In his role at BlueWater, he is leveraging his expertise in program management, change management, systems development life cycle management, talent management, subcontract management and customer relationship management. Mr. Land is a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; he posesses a B.S. in IT and a M.S. in Management.

Scott Rieger - Director

Scott Rieger - Director, Operations

Mr. Rieger leads a majority of BlueWater’s Department of Defense (DoD) operational portfolio from the company’s Tampa, FL office, ensuring outstanding mission performance and delivery for our DoD customers. He has over 19 years’ experience within DoD mission focus areas that include Command & Control (C2), Intelligence, IT Delivery, Joint Operations, and Operational Mission Support.  In his role, Scott also assists with the company’s business development efforts. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa and is a certified PMP. Prior to joining BlueWater in 2016, Scott was a Sr. Command & Control Specialist at Joint Staff and previously an Intelligence Professional in the U.S. Navy.
